Refund Policy

Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our standard public course fee refund policy below. In certain exceptional circumstances when the need to cancel a course is dictated by circumstances beyond a participant's control, cancellation charges may be waived at the discretion of TNE.

The client is permitted to change the names of participantants within 3 working days of the course, provided the substituted participant is sufficiently suitable for the course (Our Advanced Negotiation training for example requires an interview before admittance is granted). Written notice will be required (email is best, please ask for a confirmation reply).

A Full Refund will only be given only if more than 1 calendar months notice is given of a place on a course being cancelled, or if we either the client or TNE find a replacement candidate.

Cancellation Charges:

• More than 1 calendar month notice: 100% refund
• 21 calendar days to one month notice: 50% refund
• 8 to 21 calendar days notice: 30% of full fee

Finally, of course no refund will be payable if no prior notice of cancellation is given. We ask clients to please work with us to ensure we coordinate and plan effectively together.
