Our Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee

TNE guarantees that if our client collaborates with TNE in the preparation and customisation of our training solution, and our client is dissatisfied with the results of our training services, TNE will do one of the following: Work with our client for no charge until such time as the client's managers have achieved their agreed level of performance, or refund fees incurred, net of TNE’s direct expenses.

We measure our client's success or dissatisfaction through a combination of a review of the training feedback forms, and our post training on-line Assessment results. If feedback forms average lower than 7 out of 10, or the post training Assessment results have more than 25% of participants scoring less than 50%, then the training will not be considered a success (provided the those who scored lower than 25% did not do so because their English level was not strong enough to sufficiently understand the questions). Clients are provided with a scanned copy of final day feedback forms, and a report or reports of Assessment results.
